£100,000 ($333,333) in Treasury Notes dated July 1, 1780 and payable in Spanish Milled Dollars by Mar. 1, 1785 with 5% interest pursuant to the May 1780 Act. These were similar to the prior issue and with the same signers. They were customarily slash or hole cancelled on redemption.
